Our Dedication to Respect

Our commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment is unwavering. We value our staff and crews’ individuality and believe that a safe, equal, and respectful workplace is essential for everyone’s well-being. We encourage creativity and fun, but it should never come at the expense of your wellbeing or that of others.

We have compiled this document to articulate our shared responsibility in creating an inclusive and respectful workplace, as we believe that our exceptional team deserves nothing less than the best working conditions.

Promoting Equality

We are dedicated to ensuring that every individual, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive here. Diversity and inclusion are at the core of our values, and we pledge not to discriminate against any employee or candidate based on what are commonly referred to as “protected categories.” These categories encompass factors such as race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and more, as dictated by local laws.

This commitment extends to every aspect of our work, encompassing recruitment, hiring, job placement, task allocation, compensation, promotions, transfers, benefits, training, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Our commitment to inclusivity also extends to transgender and gender non-conforming team members. We want you to feel secure expressing your gender identity or characteristics without fear of repercussions. If you are undergoing a gender transition, please communicate your specific needs or concerns to your HOD.

We acknowledge that everyone has unique requirements, and we will endeavour to provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with local laws if you have a disability. Respect is Fundamental

Maintaining a respectful work environment is the responsibility of every individual. We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment or any form of discrimination. Sexual harassment encompasses unwelcome advances, requests for sexual favours, inappropriate remarks or gestures, and any form of unwelcome physical contact. However, harassment and discrimination can manifest in various ways, including bullying, racial slurs, derogatory comments, stereotypes, inappropriate jokes, offensive materials, messages, or websites related to protected categories.

We find it entirely unacceptable for anyone to create an environment that is abusive, disrespectful, intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive. Such behavior may violate our policy even if it does not constitute unlawful harassment under local law. We will not tolerate such behavior and will take action in accordance with local regulations.

Leadership Expectations

Department heads and Supervisors are expected to set an exemplary standard for a respectful and safe production environment. In addition to modeling appropriate behavior, you must promptly address any inappropriate conduct that contradicts this policy. Remember your responsibilities:

  • Recognize: Identify behaviors inconsistent with this policy early, before they escalate.
  • Report: Inform your HOD or Coordinator about what you have observed or experienced.
  • Respond: Once aware of an issue, we will act swiftly and take necessary steps to address concerns. Your cooperation may be sought during this process.

Reporting Incidents

We encourage you to report any incidents of harassment or discrimination immediately. You can do so through calls, discussions, emails, texts, or any means you find comfortable.

We take every concern involving behaviors inconsistent with this policy seriously. We will conduct a fair and timely investigation to reach a conclusion while maintaining confidentiality as much as possible, sharing information about the complaint and outcome on a need-to-know basis. If misconduct is found, we will take appropriate action.

Your well-being is paramount, and it is a collective responsibility to maintain a fair and safe environment. Do not hesitate to report any inappropriate situations, regardless of the individual involved. No one is exempt from this policy, regardless of their position or importance.

Lastly, we will not retaliate against anyone for reporting concerns or cooperating honestly during an investigation. Action will be taken against anyone who retaliates against you if you are involved in a complaint or investigation. We value your input and want to hear from you if an issue arises.
